Only buy something you really want
This might sound obvious – but many people order items they're not entirely sure they want, need, or can afford.

Shipping packages back and forth creates a significant environmental burden. If you're ordering something just to try it and possibly return it – it's better to wait until you're more certain. As certain as you can be :)

When shopping online, there's always a risk that the item isn't quite as expected – or simply doesn't fit. However, we cannot, for the sake of the environment, treat the right to return as a given.

Unsure about the size?

Many items include measurements, so you can compare them with a similar model you already own and that fits you. Measure the item you already have – not yourself :)

If you're still in doubt, order two sizes. It's often better to try both at once than to return one and reorder.

Do not order an item in a size you don't normally wear – unless the item is specified as particularly small or large. Not even if it's on sale. Clothing is usually true to size, unless otherwise stated.

If "oversized" is in the description, the item is designed to fit large and loose. If you don't like that, going down one or two sizes won't help.

Hope these tips are helpful – and that you enjoy your purchases.
