Fair Use Policy

At Acorns.dk, we strive every single day to provide our customers with a great shopping experience.
This includes having a fully updated webshop that reflects our product range 100%, personal customer service - both via our chat function and by email - and in addition, great offers and environmentally conscious shipping.

We therefore have a Fair Use Policy aimed at limiting behaviour that exploits our services - at the expense of other customers, our business, and ultimately harms the environment.


To order goods from Acorns.dk, you must:

· Only order items that you intend to keep.
In this regard, you are naturally entitled to your 14-day right of withdrawal as stipulated by consumer law.
(If you are unsure about the size, we recommend ordering 2 sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit. This applies to a maximum of 3 styles).

· Not pressure or threaten our employees in connection with purchases or returns - e.g., to receive a discount or extended return period beyond what is stipulated by law.

· Not attempt to defraud in connection with returns, such as exchanging/falsifying labels and price tags, or making false claims about missing items or parts.

· Not purchase items for the purpose of business photography and then return them by invoking the right of withdrawal, which only applies to consumers.

· Not attempt to cheat or misuse discount codes.


The Fair Use Policy in practice
We register customers with excessive or exploitative purchasing behaviour, including:
· The exact same item is purchased and returned multiple times
· All items from all orders are returned
· Clothes are worn and returned
· Clothes are damaged and claimed
· Discount codes are misused or shared
· Purchases with an associated gift where the gift is not returned upon return
· Associated with more than one email address
· Other systematic behaviour that exploits our terms and conditions.

If one or more of the above points are registered multiple times, we will be forced to cancel any further orders.
