News from Birkenstock
and a little love story
I'm so old that my first infatuation with Birkenstock happened about 30 years ago. Back then, hardly anyone liked the practical, foot-shaped quality sandals. But I saw them in a fashion report in a women's magazine - and had to beg the leading shoe store in Aalborg at the time to order a pair for me. I just had to have them!
And I loved those beautiful brown nubuck sandals dearly. And I wore them with everything.
And again and again had to hear how ugly everyone thought they were :))
That was then.
Today I'm still quite crazy about Birkenstock - and I have a collection that's almost embarrassing. But I wear them all. And have, of course, worn out quite a few too. Although it takes a long time ;)
If you're as crazy about Birkenstock as I am, you'll definitely be tempted by the new arrivals for summer 2019.
