Laidback London SS15 - handmade sandals from Africa - new arrivals summer 2015

Laidback London's wonderfully beautiful, completely unique, and authentically handcrafted leather sandals. The latest - yet classic - models for SS15 / Summer 2015 have just arrived in the webshop. Lovely relaxed flat toe-post sandals with shock-absorbing EVA midsole and beautiful bead decorations. We are especially excited about the new Craine sandals with pastel-colored beads and the very simple and elegant Seri sandals with black beads.

Laidback London is made in Africa. All sandals are handmade, which gives them an authentic and naturally imperfect finish. Only leather from local family-owned farms is used, and the entire production is 100% sustainable. The carefully selected leather is sun-dried and hand-dyed - and then adorned by hand with fine small beads according to the traditions of local tribes. Each pair of sandals is therefore completely unique and, due to their high quality, will simply become more beautiful the more they are worn.

Laidback London has existed since 2002, and the first pair of sandals was actually sold from a small stall at the legendary Portobello Road market in Notting Hill, London.
